INGREDIENTS

- · 1⁄2 a clove of garlic
- · Croutons
- · 3 tbsps. of olive oil
- · 1 squeezed lemon
- · 1⁄4 tsp of salt
- · 7-8 Oz of kale
- · 1⁄4 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
- · 1⁄8 tsp of red pepper
METHOD
Step 1:
Preparation
With the kales washed and destemmed, chop them into small slices.
Drizzle some salt over the garlic then crush it into a paste. Next, take the flakes of red pepper, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil and mix thoroughly together with the garlic.
Step 2:
Serving
Add the kale, and the lemon juice, and toss to mix.
Serve with the croutons.
