  • ·  1 tbsp. of minced ginger
  • ·  1 lb. shrimp
  • ·  4 cups of broccoli
  • ·  2 colored bell peppers
  • ·  3 tbsp. olive oil
  • ·  4 ounces mushrooms

    METHOD
Step 1: Veggies and Stir Fry Sauce
For the stir-fry sauce, combine the ingredients to achieve a smooth consistency.
Next, destem and slice the mushrooms, make slender slices of the bell pepper, and then roughly chop the broccoli.

    Step 2: Preparation
Toss the mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli into a hot saucepan with some oil, then cook until tender—season with salt and pepper.
