Personal Trainer
Personal training is a one-on-one training program between a certified fitness professional and an individual client. It is a customized fitness program designed to meet the specific goals and needs of the client.
As your personal trainer, I will typically start with a consultation to determine your fitness level, goals, and any limitations or health issues. Based on this information, we will create a personalized workout plan with specific exercises, sets, and repetitions.
During the in-person training session, we will guide proper exercise technique, form, and intensity, as well as motivation and accountability. As your trainer, I may also provide nutrition and lifestyle advice to help client reach their goals more effectively.
